Prices for room hire includes flip chart pens and paper, as well as water. Notepads and pencils for each delegate.

A wide variety of caterings options are available, including a soup lunch, full lunches, homemade cakes. Please just ask when booking.

Only food prepared by Eden Conference Barn is allowed on the premises.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation within 14 days of booking 50% of room hire will be charged.

Cancellation within 7 days of booking 75% of room hire will be charged.

Cancellation within 48 hours of booking 100% of room hire and catering costs will be charged.

All invoices are raised on the day of the meeting and are payable within 30 days, after this interest will be added at 10% per month until the invoice is paid in full.

VAT will be added to all our prices at the prevailing rate.

All room layouts will be discussed on an individual basis to suit your requirements, room sizes are given as a guide only.

30 delegates - theatre style
20 delegates - boardroom style
16 delegates - classroom style

The Tack Room (ground floor)
12 delegates - theatre style
10 delegates - boardroom style
8 delegates - classroom style

Both the Tack Room and the Hayloft have an ample supply of 13 amp sockets and television/telephone sockets.

Mobile phone signal is generally good in the area. Wireless internet access is available.

TV/video/DVD/projector units are available and are invoiced separately. (Please specify when booking).
